Returns & Replacement Policy

  1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
    Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fragrance selection, or simply not liking the fragrance after opening or using it.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products
    If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us for a replacement.

  3. 48-Hour Reporting Period
    Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

  4. Proof Required
    Please email anantayaperfumery@gmail.com with your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video where available. Please retain the original packaging until your request is resolved.

  5. Replacement Process
    Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If the same product is unavailable, we may provide a refund to the original payment method.

  6. Refund Timeline
    Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  7. Non-Returnable Products
    The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

    • Opened or used products, except where the product is found to be defective.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

    • Products returned without their original packaging.

    • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, where specifically stated.

  8. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  9. Natural Variation
    Our fragrances are crafted using natural oils, botanical extracts, and other natural materials. Slight variations in colour, appearance, or aroma between batches can occur naturally and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
